Responsibilities

• Curate the Guest Experience (Front of House)
• Be the First Impression: Warmly welcome every guest who walks through our doors, ensuring they feel relaxed and pampered immediately (including beverage service).
• Concierge-Level Service: Manage the appointment book seamlessly, handle phone and text inquiries, and process payments with a focus on creating a frictionless checkout experience.
• Client Retention: Go above and beyond to turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars by anticipating needs and providing a 5-star experience.
• Elevate Our Brand (Social Media & Content)
• Content Collaboration: Act as the "right hand" during salon hours to capture high-quality behind-the-scenes footage, before-and-afters, and b-roll of the salon atmosphere.
• Image/Video Editing: Take raw footage and perform basic edits to create engaging short-form content (Reels/TikToks) that aligns with current trends.
• Manage the Feed: Oversee the posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to ensure our digital presence is consistent and growing.
• Operations & Atmosphere
• Visual Standards: Ensure the front desk, retail shelves, and waiting areas are always clean, organized, and "Instagram-ready."
• Team Synergy: Collaborate with stylists and staff to maintain a positive, high-energy work environment and assist with daily salon flow.
• Inventory Management: Proactively monitor stock levels (both retail and back-bar supplies) and manage ordering to ensure the team always has the tools and products they need to succeed.

• You are available weekends.
• Are you able to work every Wednesday-Sunday from 9AM-5PM?
