Job Summary

Own in-person outreach and lead generation for Renewal by Andersen, guiding conversations at events and coordinating introductions to in-home consultations while building rapport and showcasing window and door solutions.

Lead brand presence at events and consumer touchpoints
Drive conversations and connect with potential customers
Facilitate setup of free in-home consultations for the sales team

Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
Start conversations and connect with potential customers
Share information about our window and door solutions
Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team

Requirements

Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
Personal reliable transportation required
Valid driver’s license

Preferred

Students or recent grads, anyone looking for supplemental income
