Own the in-store customer journey for a water treatment brand ambassador role at Lowe’s, turning conversations into qualified leads and in-home consultations.

Educate shoppers on water softeners, filtration, and RO to drive interest and referrals.
Own CRM data entry and lead tracking to hit daily appointment goals.
Build strong ties with Lowe’s staff to keep the display inviting and to source new opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Professionally greet and engage customers shopping in Lowe's.
Start conversations about water quality and home water treatment.
Educate customers on the benefits of water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis.
Schedule qualified in-home water consultations.
Represent Independent Water Systems with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Use company materials, customer reviews, photos of completed installations, and our website to educate customers.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Lowe's associates, department managers, and store leadership.
Keep the display area clean, organized, and inviting.
Accurately enter customer information into the company CRM using an iPad or laptop.
Maintain detailed and accurate lead information.
