Job Summary

Own the frontline of guest experience and team leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting, driving operational excellence, brand fidelity, onboarding, payroll/budget governance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing to strengthen guest relationships.

Operations & People: uphold service excellence on the floor, develop staff, and manage budget-aligned purchasing and payroll.
Governance: enforce brand standards, SOPs, maintenance, and policy implementation across the venue.
Guest Experience: lead guest-relations initiatives and coordinate with marketing to create memorable experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work on marketing initiatives to strengthen guest relations with our marketing department
Ensure Brand Standards are being followed during each and every service.
Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
Ensure operational excellence in a culture and environment that allow hospitality to thrive
Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
Oversee all facility maintenance and repairs.
Continually enhance and ensure service standards are adhered to always be present on the floor touching tables
Ensure new team members are properly onboarded
Oversee all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals

Requirements

Serious restaurant/event GM credentials in a multi-faceted, high-volume venue for a minimum of 10 years
Dynamic personality
Proven leadership and commitment to excellence
Possess a passion for hospitality
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Strong culinary and wine knowledge
