Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, highly visible marketing initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Represent Marketing in enterprise-wide initiatives, advocating for marketing priorities, identifying impacts to marketing teams, and ensuring marketing requirements are incorporated into cross-functional decisions and program plans.
  • Serve as the primary representative and advocate for Marketing within enterprise programs, ensuring marketing priorities, requirements, and deliverables are effectively integrated into broader business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependency maps, decision logs, and risk registers.
  • Partner closely with non-Marketing stakeholder teams to develop implementation strategies and execution plans
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans and actionable workstreams.
  • Coordinate work across multiple functional teams to ensure interdependent activities remain aligned and sequenced appropriately.
  • Align resources, timelines, communications, and stakeholder expectations across technical and business teams.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate critical issues when appropriate.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams involving numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar enterprise project management platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading complex marketing initiatives like acquisitions or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading multiple acquisition integration programs and enterprise transformation initiatives involving Marketing, IT, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Strong understanding of marketing organizations, marketing operations, and cross-functional business processes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar enterprise project management platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading complex marketing initiatives like acquisitions or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading multiple acquisition integration programs and enterprise transformation initiatives involving Marketing, IT, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
