Job Summary

Own a hands on starter role in affiliate marketing ops, owning partner research, outreach support, data tracking, and cross team learning to turn insights into action.

Growth & Ops: Learn partner research, outreach, CRM upkeep, and weekly performance summaries.
Learning Path: Collaborate with marketing, conduct competitor and trend research, and contribute to affiliate materials.

Job Description

Learn how to research and identify potential affiliate partners with mentorship from the marketing team
Support affiliate outreach using structured templates and best practices
Monitor affiliate platforms and track basic partner activity
Assist in preparing weekly performance summaries and interpreting affiliate data
Maintain and update CRM records to support organization and accuracy
Conduct competitor research and share strategic insights
Help update affiliate-facing marketing materials
Complete structured training sessions and document key learnings
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team
Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts

Commitment: 20 hours/week (flexible to accommodate academic schedules)
Duration: 16 Weeks
No prior affiliate marketing experience is required.
This program is ideal for current college students or recent graduates in marketing, business, communications, or related fields

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills
Strong written communication
Interest in marketing analytics and reporting
