Responsibilities

• Affiliate Sourcing and Enablement
• - Discover, recruit, and onboard high-impact TikTok Shop affiliates
• - Distribute 1,500+ product samples each quarter to inspire authentic content creation
• - Identify and showcase hero products to maximize engagement and sales
• - Craft creative briefs that guide affiliates toward standout content
• - Design and manage affiliate commission structures to drive top-tier performance
• Campaign Strategy, Management and Execution
• - Identify high-GMV, engaged affiliates and nurture ongoing relationships
• - Develop and manage a comprehensive sampling strategy
• - Plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns and contests

Requirements

• Required: Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
• Required: Exceptional ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns at once
• Required: Direct experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
• Highly organized, dependable, and very detail-oriented
• Independent, self-sufficient, and a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Demonstrates initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced start-up environments
