Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate community. Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain creators across TikTok Shop and Superfiliate, and make them feel like part of something they want to show up for.
• Grow the numbers. Take direct ownership of TikTok Shop GMV and Superfiliate affiliate revenue, and push both forward month over month.
• Drive engagement. Increase posts per creator and overall affiliate activity through hands-on relationship management, smart incentives, and consistent communication.
• Program the community. Build and run an ongoing calendar of challenges, contests, leaderboards, recognition programs, trainings, and IRL creator experiences.
• Develop top and emerging creators. Identify, nurture, and reward high performers and rising talent with the education, content inspiration, and selling strategies they need to succeed long term. Be the person our affiliates know and trust.
• Build the platform. Turn our current seeding-led approach into a scalable, repeatable affiliate program with clear playbooks, processes, and campaigns. Run product seeding with intent, targeting the right creators and measuring what actually converts.
• Work the data. Get hands-on inside TikTok Shop, Superfiliate, and our internal tools. Track KPIs for affiliate performance and community health (activation, participation, content volume, sales, program effectiveness) and double down on what\'s working.
• Stay ahead of the curve. Keep a pulse on TikTok Shop updates, affiliate best practices, and emerging creator behavior, and bring community feedback back to internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer partnerships, social commerce, or community management.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate and/or platforms like Superfiliate strongly preferred.
• A track record of building creator challenges, incentive or ambassador programs, or other gamified community initiatives.
• Equal parts operator and people person, with a proven ability to build relationships with creators at scale.
• A true doer who wants to get their hands dirty inside platforms and systems
• Data-comfortable: you are comfortable reading performance numbers and let them steer your decisions
• Self-starter energy. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership without being asked, and are excited to build from the ground up
• A strong pulse on internet culture, the creator economy, and what motivates creators to engage, create, and sell.

• Bonus: experience building or managing a Discord community.
