Job Summary

Own and optimize direct mail campaigns for homeowners, from copy to design, and manage end-to-end client outcomes.

Lead campaign strategy and testing across channels
Coach the Client Success team to act like marketers
Define dashboards and reports with the tech and marketing teams

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create direct mail that gets homeowners to respond: the copy, the offer and the design, in Canva or similar. Response is the goal, not pretty.
Own results for every client: response rate, cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROI. Know the unit economics cold, like when a $3 handwritten piece beats a 60¢ saturation piece.
Run A/B tests, especially in saturated markets where everyone mails the same letter.
Add touchpoints beyond the mailer: SMS, ringless voicemail, follow-up mail and landing pages.
Join calls with our biggest clients. Explain the strategy and hold your ground when they push back, even with their head of marketing.
Train our Client Success team to think like marketers, with short videos for the team and for clients.
Spec the dashboards and reports our tech team builds for you, and bring ideas to our own marketing team.
Check in weekly with fulfillment so every order goes out right and on time.

Requirements

18+ months at one company or client, managing $500K+ in creative direct-response ad spend
$1M+ in lifetime ad spend managed
Lead generation experience for US home service companies
Specific examples of lowering cost per lead or improving a funnel, with the numbers
Deep, daily AI use: you build and track campaigns, dashboards and research with it
Strong people skills: confident on a client call, on video and on your feet

Preferred

Direct mail experience
Static ad design in Canva or similar
AI content tools for images, video and landing pages, like Higgsfield

Benefits

Work from Anywhere in the US (& feel free to travel).
Health allowance to spend on the plan you choose
Monthly wellness benefit
Home office allowance
12 Company Holidays & 3 weeks of paid leave a year
