Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement local and regional media strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign performance by market and channel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and execute action plans to improve key performance indicators, including Cost per Opportunity (CPO), Response Rates, and Cost of Marketing (COM%)
- Recommend strategic media investments across Print, Direct Mail, DRTV, Digital (PPC and Paid Social), and Email channels
- Oversee media budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong return on investment
- Manage agency partnerships to ensure timely production and execution of marketing initiatives
- Conduct testing (A/B and other methodologies) to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all direct response marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and industry best practices
- Provide regular performance reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in D2C (Direct To Customer)marketing and media strategy
- At least 5 years of direct response marketing experience
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns and performance-based budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
