Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to grow private duty home care referrals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, and case managers
  • Conduct regular in-person visits (“outside sales calls”) to referral partners
  • Educate referral sources about services, benefits, and unique value propositions of the agency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community
  • Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community functions
  • Track and report referral activity, sales performance, and marketing outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Experienced Marketer in Private Duty Home Care
  • RN with previous home care experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or related sales role
  • Established relationships within the local healthcare community (preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
