Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within a specific region and tumor type.
• Drive KOL engagement, advocacy development, speaker identification, and educational program execution.
• Formulate strategic and tactical plans based on regional market insights.
• Attend medical conferences, support advisory boards, and generate market insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all activities.
• Develop knowledge of GI cancers market and treatment trends.
• Support speaker bureau activities and peer-to-peer education tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 3+ years in oncology and KOL-facing roles.
• Experience in KOL engagement, thought-leader liaison, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, planning, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
