Responsibilities

• Install QR code yard signs in approved neighborhoods and locations.
• Distribute door hangers throughout assigned local neighborhoods.
• Deliver postcards and promotional materials to local businesses.
• Assist with community events, promotional tables, and other local marketing activities.
• Represent Rock Enterprises, Soccer Shots, and Pars & Pints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take photos of completed marketing routes for documentation.
• Track completed neighborhoods and marketing activities using monday.com.
• Communicate daily progress with the Leadership Team.
• Help organize, restock, and maintain marketing materials and inventory.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry boxes of marketing materials.
• Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to upload photos and update work progress.

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, promotions, or community outreach is a plus.
• Experience working community events or distributing marketing materials is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with monday.com is a plus, but training will be provided.
