Job Summary
Own and coordinate referral-driven growth and local marketing across multiple facilities, balancing relationship-building with data-informed program execution to boost patient volume and community visibility.
- Referral & Relationship Management: Cultivate sources and maintain a robust referral network to drive regional patient volume.
- Local Campaigns & Product Launches: Partner with brand teams to plan and execute campaigns and launches at the facility level to hit regional goals.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather competitive insights, monitor market dynamics, and provide regular updates to support efficient local marketing.
Job Description
- Utilize consultative selling skills to cultivate win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume to facilities
- Support Develop and execute programs to meaningfully engage with prospective and current patients to generate self-referrals
- Act as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation in and connection to the communities we serve
- Work collaboratively with brand teams to execute local marketing campaigns
- Successfully execute product launches (e.g. promotion, education, etc.) to meet regional goals
- Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities are effective and efficient
- Act as marketing liaison to regional staff.
- Facilitate and grow relationship with facility and regional staff
- Achieve sales visit goals as assigned weekly
- Maintain and mine the referral/contact database
