Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of Reddit and community work, set quality standards and scaling, train specialists, drive growth across client books, craft compelling client narratives, and define new offerings while supporting sales and education.

  • Lead delivery standards and QA for Reddit and community programs
  • Grow client work across accounts and help with pitches
  • Develop and sell new offerings and educate clients

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execution. You own how Reddit and community work gets delivered: methods, SOPs, community rules, tooling, quality, and the mix of in-house and freelance work. When the platforms change, you change how we work before it costs us or our clients
  • The standard. You set the quality bar and run QA support, spot and close skills gaps, give input on reviews, and run the technical interview for every Reddit and community hire
  • Specialists who own their accounts. You train our specialists to build authority with clients and own their deliverables, not just work through a task list. Any specialists not yet placed in a pod report to you. The resource manager staffs them across pods
  • Growth across every book. You work with the AEO Marketing Directors to grow community work with existing clients and help them pitch it
  • The story. You explain, in a way clients remember, why a Reddit thread can decide what an AI assistant says about their brand. Directors use your narrative in renewals and pitches
  • New offerings. You spot what’s next (showing up in Reddit Answers and running branded communities are the ones in front of us now) and make them sellable and deliverable
  • Client education and sales support. You run working sessions for clients and join pitches where your expertise wins the deal.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in community marketing, with deep Reddit experience. You know how subreddits, moderators and Reddit's rules work, and you've built real presence for brands without getting banned or called out
  • You've run community work at volume, with a team or a bench of specialists, and kept the quality up
  • A clear view of how community activity shows up in AI answers, with results you can explain
  • You've already built things with AI: agents, tools or workflows you use in your real work (for example, monitoring, research or reporting), and you can show us how you built them. If you haven't built with AI yet, this role isn't the right fit right now
  • Experience teaching others and raising the bar for people who don't report to you.
