Responsibilities

• - Develop, organize, implement, and monitor the progress of events and programs to ensure departmental and company objectives are met.
• - Orient, design, and execute programs to boost sales performance.
• - Collaborate in organizing events, communication activities, and company branding initiatives.
• - Track, analyze, and evaluate key marketing program performance metrics, while researching customer insights to optimize effectiveness.
• - Work with the Sales department to design and implement sales and after-sales activities, including customer-appropriate promotions and policies.
• - Measure effectiveness after each marketing activity.
• - Consolidate all sales support materials for retail outlets (supermarkets, grocery stores, fairs, exhibitions, mini-events, etc.) to enhance brand recognition (POMS: posters, standees, banners, leaflets, stickers, display islands, danglers, etc.).
• - Handle procedures for obtaining necessary permits related to outdoor advertising, events, and campaign venues.
• - Manage and liaise with brand KOLs and KOCs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing.
• Experience as an event MC, organizing events, reviewing, and interviewing customers.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas for events.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.
• Teamwork and independent work skills, attention to detail, and diligence.
