Responsibilities

• Support the setup, dismantling, and overall coordination of promotional event sites.
• Welcome visitors, answer questions, and share information about products and services.
• Enhance the customer journey by assisting the sales team during live events.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure event readiness.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and inviting event presence.
• Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and provide reports to supervisors.
• Ensure all branding elements, displays, and marketing materials are presented correctly.
• Address on-site challenges proactively to keep events running smoothly.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up tasks.
