Real Estate Social Media Manager / Admin Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create social media content for Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, Coming Soon, Under Contract, and Price Improvement announcements.
• Develop buyer and seller tips, market updates, neighborhood highlights, agent-branding content, and other real estate posts.
• Design listing brochures, booklets, flyers, carousels, thumbnails, presentations, and branded marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with basic video editing for property promotions, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, property descriptions, and calls to action.
• Build and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Schedule and publish approved content across assigned social media platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, colors, fonts, and visual quality across all marketing materials.
• Organize listing photos, videos, designs, templates, drafts, client assets, and completed content.
• Maintain listing dashboards, content calendars, tracking sheets, and reports using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, real estate marketing, Canva design, or real estate administrative support .
• Strong Canva skills and experience creating professional branded materials.
• Excellent written English for captions, property content, calls to action, and professional communication.
• Strong understanding of real estate-related content and common listing terminology.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong eye for branding, layout, typography, color, and visual quality.
• Able to follow brand guidelines, content calendars, Standard Operating Procedures, and detailed instructions.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, listings, content requests, and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while providing clear and consistent updates.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.
