Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Responsibilities

• Shooting video and photography content
• Helping maintain a consistent brand across our marketing
• Creating and scheduling social media posts
• Designing graphics, flyers, and marketing materials in Canva
• Helping prepare marketing for new listings and open houses
• Maintaining a social media and marketing content calendar
• Organizing marketing materials and templates

Requirements

• Great at shooting video and photography content
• Ability to edit content
• Creative with a good eye for design
• Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Familiar with Canva or able to learn it quickly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable learning new technology
• A strong written communicator
• Proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done without always being asked

Preferred

• Experience with real estate, social media management, email marketing, photography, videography, short-form video/Reels, or graphic design is a plus.
