Responsibilities

Plan and run photo and video shoots for clients across product, real estate, and social content
Shoot stills and video on location and in studio settings
Edit photos (color, retouching, consistency across a set)
Edit short-form video for social and ads, plus longer brand pieces
Manage your own shoot-day logistics, file organization, and delivery deadlines
Bring creative ideas to the table, not just execution

Requirements

A strong eye for photography. This matters more than anything else on the list.
Hands-on experience with all four: photography, videography, photo editing, and video editing
Comfort with Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
Reliability and ownership. When a shoot is yours, it gets done right and on time.
Comfort working with clients on set
Reliable transportation for local shoots in North County San Diego
Current film, photography, media, or communications students are encouraged to apply
