Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training and utilize PLACE for consistent lead generation
  Engage in comprehensive training to master the PLACE system and leverage it to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Consult with buyers and sellers to secure agreements and listings
  Work closely with clients to understand their needs and successfully negotiate contracts for property sales and purchases.
• Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of clients
  Advocate for clients by skillfully managing offer negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  Organize and conduct open house events to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
• Convert leads into scheduled appointments
  Follow up on prospective clients to arrange meetings and move them through the sales process.
• Participate in weekly meetings, coaching sessions, and Partner Calls
  Engage in regular team interactions and training to enhance skills and stay informed on company updates.
• Provide guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies for listings
  Advise clients on optimal pricing, home presentation, and promotional tactics to maximize property appeal.
