- Tech Skills: Proficiency in OneSite software, MS Excel, and Word.
- Process Files: Handle applications and verifications with high accuracy.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.
- Mindset: A professional, friendly attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
