Requirements

• Community management experience, either professional or personal (such as similar position in a different company, a moderation/administration position for an online community, etc).
• An extrovert that enjoys communicating and working with others on a day-to-day basis.
• An interest in game development (We are a gamedev company, and all work here relates to our upcoming planned game release).
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team.
• Must have and be willing to utilize Discord for communication.
• Must be a US Resident.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Fundamental marketing skills particularly in regards to things such as a SWOT analysis.
• Experience in community management and moderation.
• Familiarity with moderation on Discord.
• Experience or interest in aspects of game development, such as game design or narrative design.
