  • Own drafting press materials including releases, bios, briefings, and pitches.
  • Develop and manage media lists and lead media visits preparation.
  • Track coverage, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable insights.

Job Description

Drive PR support for Suited Hospitality clients, coordinating materials, lists, and events in a hospitality-focused agency role.

  • Own drafting press materials including releases, bios, briefings, and pitches.
  • Develop and manage media lists and lead media visits preparation.
  • Track coverage, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Support media events with content development, interviews, and on/offsite execution.
  • Build relationships with client partners, media, and influencers.
  • Asset management for press materials, reports, and coverage.
  • Monitor news trends and competitors to inform PR strategy.
  • Assist on special projects and perform general administrative duties.
  • Report directly to the Director of Public Relations.
  • Coordinate timely responses to client and media inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bay Area-based with reliable transportation and ability to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary studies, public relations, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
  • Proven advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by client/company needs.
  • Extremely organized and efficient across varied settings.

Preferred

  • 2+ years of public relations account coordinator experience in an agency with media relations and consumer products focus.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Muck Rack, Cision, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and video/photo editing software.
