Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charity organizations at live events and community programs.
• Communicate with customers, attendees, donors, supporters, and community members.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Share information about campaigns, events, and nonprofit initiatives.
• Help create positive and engaging public experiences.
• Assist with community outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Support event setup, activities, and breakdown.
• Build positive relationships with the public and community members.
• Work with team members to support campaign and event goals.
• Develop communication, public relations, marketing, and customer service skills.
