Responsibilities

• Prepare and mail home evaluation packets for client home anniversaries
• Update and maintain digital platforms and links, including Linktree and real estate website tools
• Manage local errands, including Target and Amazon orders and returns
• Print, organize, and update real estate listing materials
• Maintain and update listing presentation materials in Canva
• Partner with a virtual assistant to coordinate weekly newsletters featuring local events, referral agent spotlights, and local business highlights
• Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and client appreciation cards and gifts
• Organize and upload social media content for the marketing team
• Coordinate b-roll and reel filming, content ideas, and communication with the virtual assistant regarding content execution
• Plan and help execute networking and client appreciation events (approximately once per month, occasionally in the evening)

Requirements

• Have previous administrative experience
• Are local to Palm Beach County and have reliable transportation
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive
• Enjoy marketing, social media, and creative projects
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are comfortable learning and using technology, including Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, CapCut, Instagram editing tools, Flodesk, Metricool, Command, and Zillow
• Can work independently while also collaborating with others
• Have flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events

Preferred

• Have experience supporting a real estate professional or real estate office
• Love planning events and creating memorable client experiences
• Enjoy branding, marketing, and creative projects
• Want to grow into a long-term role with increasing responsibility
• Have experience using iOS and Apple products
