Own on-site promotions and guest-facing event execution to deliver memorable casino activations through hands-on setup, guest assistance, and cross-team coordination.

On-site Promotions & Events: oversee activations and guest participation to drive engagement and prize experiences.
Logistics & Guest Services: manage setup/teardown, equipment, and timely execution to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute on-site promotions, events, and marketing activations
Assist guests with participation, questions, and prize redemption
Set up and break down event areas (signage, décor, materials, equipment)
Transport and organize promotional supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate and organized prize inventory
Support event logistics to ensure timelines and standards are met
Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of guest service experience (gaming or hospitality preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Willingness to learn marketing and promotional operations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Experience with guest service in gaming or hospitality preferred
