Project Manager - Growth

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and delivery of strategic growth initiatives across the business
• Translating complex or emerging opportunities into clear project plans, milestones and governance frameworks
• Building business cases, conducting analysis and supporting investment decisions
• Preparing executive-level insights, recommendations and project updates
• Coordinating stakeholders across strategy, commercial, finance, legal and operational teams
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and confidential information
• Driving alignment and accountability across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Building sustainable capability through organisational change
• Embedding effective project disciplines, governance and ways of working that create lasting organisational value
