  • Sales Enablement: Develop rep-facing training materials and product detail aids that translate clinical and competitive data into field-ready messaging; Partner with Sales on field feedback loops and objection-handling content, incorporating real-world questions into future material updates
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape for assigned products, summarizing relevant shifts for brand planning; Maintain and verify competitive claims footnotes against current competitor labeling on an ongoing basis; Support market research and customer segmentation analysis to inform targeting and messaging priorities
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as day-to-day liaison with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance on content development and review cycles, keeping projects moving through each stakeholder’s queue
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all materials comply with FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and Hikma policy; Maintain fair balance and label consistency across all deliverables, escalating any ambiguous claims to the Director for review
