This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to all facets of agency operations, including Account Service, creative, strategy, production, and operations. We're looking for someone who is curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to grow a career in project management and agency life. In addition to supporting client work, this role may also contribute to internal agency initiatives, special projects, and FARM's own marketing and social media efforts.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Support the coordination of integrated marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, schedules, task lists, and status updates.
  • Track project progress and help communicate deadlines, deliverables, and next steps to internal teams.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Project Managers, creatives, and other departments to ensure projects move efficiently through workflows.
  • Attend project meetings, take notes and action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support budget tracking, estimate updates, and project documentation as needed.
  • Help identify scheduling conflicts or project risks and escalate concerns to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Contribute ideas and support process improvements that strengthen team collaboration and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Internship, campus leadership, volunteer, freelance, or class project experience demonstrating organization, collaboration, or project coordination skills is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach to working with teams.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus
