Job Summary

Own programmatic media buying for enterprise clients, balancing DSP trading, PMP/SSP placement, and data-driven optimization to hit client KPIs and uncover incremental revenue opportunities.

Campaign ownership: trade across DSPs (Yahoo, DV360, TTD, AdTheorent, Viant) and PMP/SSP ecosystems with performance-first optimization.

Growth focus: identify incremental revenue opportunities and coordinate with product and commercial teams to expand capabilities.

Responsibilities - Retaining clients for the business by managing programmatic campaigns, - Creating campaigns within our DSPs (Yahoo, DV360, TTD, AdTheorent, Viant, among others) - Running PMPs within our SSPs (Xandr, Pubmatic, Magnite, Improve, among others) - Performing against your client KPIs through campaign analysis & optimization - Reporting on campaign delivery and performance - Communicating with your clients to ensure satisfaction and provide timely service - Presenting media insights to your clients to enhance their understanding of their audience - Managing programmatic media buying across various platforms and channels. - Campaign setup duties with the aid of ad ops, product, and account management teams - Trafficking creatives Requirements - 3-4 years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns - High competency in at least one DSP, preferably Yahoo, DV360, Trade Desk, Viant, or Adtheorent - Optimization experience across multiple KPIs and environments with a proven track record of hitting client KPIs - Minimum Advanced Excel skill level - Strong communication skills required - Previous experience working in client-facing (agency or client direct) environment preferred - Previous experience with multiple channels (Display, OLV, CTV, Audio, DOOH) preferred - Strong data presentation skills required - Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferable) and SQL is a plus Nice_to_have - Power BI preferable - SQL is a plus Benefits - A competitive compensation package with a strong commission structure. - Flexible working options, including a hybrid model from our New York office (3 days/week in office). - Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) contributions and health insurance. - Opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, global company recognized for its innovation in digital media - 24 vacation days - 2 days volunteering leave - Free UberEats lunches for all days in office
