Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define long term (6-12 months) program plan with the Program Committee and Executive Director.
  • Use surveys and focus groups with Playhouse families to align programs with needs.
  • Understand GiGi’s National offerings and participate in calls and the Chicago conference.
  • Publish Playhouse programming and events calendar at least six weeks in advance.
  • Serve as key contact for program leaders and volunteers and attend programming.
  • Manage registration, sign-in, and surveys using our software to track activity.
  • Greet visitors and connect with families, volunteers, and donors.
  • Become expert in Salesforce to document program data and reporting.
  • Match tutors/participants and manage Teams channel for literacy and math.
  • Collaborate with Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and maintain volunteers for all events.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: College degree in related field (project management, marketing, or special education).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and social platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Work Environment: In-person role with regular interaction with families and the community, including occasional off-site visits.
