Project Manager (Part-Time) - Culture Media House

Location: Remote (Must be based in New Jersey, ideally in Ocean or Monmouth counties)

Pay: $20 per hour (Part-time, ~20 hours per week with room for growth)

Culture Media House is a dynamic video production company specializing in high-quality content creation for brands. We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role is primarily remote, but there will be times when you will be required to be on-location for video shoots.

Culture Media House produced multiple broadcast commercials in 2024, while also cranked out tons of social for local business.

So if you're interested in getting to work on big projects with global companies, but also get intimate with local businesses, this is a great role for you.

The role will primarily be project management, but also wear many other hats - Things like supporting on shoot days, social media ideation, content strategy, etc.

The business is growing and we're looking for a project manager to grow with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, editors, and the creative team.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Organize and oversee production schedules, ensuring seamless execution.
• Assist in planning and logistics for on-location video shoots.
• Maintain clear documentation and tracking of project progress.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager or in a production role.
• Must be based in New Jersey, preferably in Ocean or Monmouth counties.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in project management, preferably in media, marketing, or production industries.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional on-site commitments.
