Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned product categories.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gather voice-of-customer insights, and monitor industry trends to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product sheets, presentations, battle cards, and bid/proposal content.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to plan and execute product launches and campaigns.
  • Support customer and field demonstrations, serving as a commercial translation partner on assigned product categories for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain product marketing content, website product pages, and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Monitor product marketing metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and win/loss trends; provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and product education initiatives.
  • Support tradeshow and industry conference activities, including booth setup coordination, materials preparation, and on-site product representation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Understanding of product marketing fundamentals, with the capability to convert customer and clinical insights into clear, differentiated messaging and content.
  • Ability to draft clear, commercially compelling content while ensuring product claims are supportable, approved, and appropriately reviewed before external use.
  • Adept at problem solving and critical thinking – must be able to evaluate market and sales feedback, propose solutions, and translate them into effective marketing content and campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including comfort using marketing and CRM analytics tools to interpret campaign and sales performance data to support decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive marketing and sales content; ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, design, and other cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to conduct market research, gather customer insights, evaluate competitive products, and identify trends.
  • Working knowledge of product management processes and launch/commercialization workflows, to support effective collaboration with product management on launches and roadmap execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or medical device industry, or in a B2B marketing role with sales enablement or bid/proposal responsibilities.
