Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, craft compelling product positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, launches, and campaigns that drive adoption and client engagement.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop impactful collateral, sales tools, and training materials.
• Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• Three years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing
• Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of product launch planning, campaign development, and sales enablement practices
• Writing and storytelling skills to translate product information into clear, compelling messages
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Proofreading and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Experience in specified product/market/industry
• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
• Experience hosting webinars or speaking at client-facing events
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with design tools including Adobe Suite and Figma
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as project management, CRM, or website CMS platform
