Job Summary

Own Tulip's platform narrative and enable the go-to-market engine across verticals, translating AI and composable capabilities into measurable outcomes for operational buyers.

  • Lead messaging, launches, and enablement to drive adoption and win rates.
  • Capture customer use cases and feedback to sharpen product-market fit.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Tulip's canonical platform and solution narrative across verticals: the positioning, messaging, and proof that the whole go-to-market engine adapts and runs on
  • Turn evolving platform capabilities, especially in AI and composable operations, into positioning grounded in what operational leaders are trying to change on the floor: efficiency, quality, compliance, and speed
  • Run product launches as ongoing narrative moments rather than single-day events, using each one to retell Tulip's story to the market and connect a new capability back to what Tulip stands for
  • Build sales enablement that reps open before a call, and run a feedback loop from the field back into messaging and product so the story keeps sharpening against real deals
  • Stay close to customers. Turn how they actually use Tulip into use cases, stories, and video that show the product doing real work, and make that evidence the backbone of how we position
  • Use market, competitive, and customer signal to form a point of view on where Tulip wins, and bring that view into product and go-to-market decisions before anyone asks for it
  • Build AI into how the narrative work gets done, from research to drafting to synthesis, and set the standard for how the function uses it
  • Define what good looks like for the messaging you own: adoption across the go-to-market engine, the quality of the story in the field, and its effect on win rates, over the volume of assets produced

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, with a track record of shaping how a technical product is positioned, sold, and understood in the market
  • A body of work you can point to: positioning, launches, or enablement you owned, with a clear line to what it changed for adoption, win rates, or how the field sells
  • The ability to turn a complex platform, especially one built around AI and composability, into positioning that lands with operational buyers in terms of the outcomes they care about, not the features they'd have to decode.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in your current workflow, with a clear perspective on where it accelerates the work and where it is unnecessary or produces content that is not trustworthy.
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to hold a point of view under pressure from Product, Sales, and senior stakeholders while still driving alignment
  • Curiosity about complex operational domains and a demonstrated ability to get credible in an unfamiliar industry fast. Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace and defense is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent working experience

Preferred

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace and defense is a bonus, not a requirement.
