Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and help drive: - Product messaging development, researching the buyer’s journey, personas, and market language; - Maintaining message consistency across assets; - Drafting and refining value propositions, proof points, and use-case narratives.
  • 2) Content Development - Create high-quality, high-clarity content across the funnel, including demos, solution briefs, product briefs, web copy, blogs, customer-facing one-pagers, and scripts. This must include proficiency in creating compelling, “snackable” short-form content to drive top-of-funnel interest.\n- Translate technical product capabilities into customer outcomes and “why it matters” messaging for security and IT stakeholders.\n- Collaborate with SMEs (Product, Engineering, Threat Analysis, to ensure accuracy.\n- Create and/or host short videos for product explainers, launch highlights, competitive POVs, and sales enablement (camera-on comfort required).
  • 3) Sales Enablement - Build and maintain sales enablement assets that improve consistency and conversion across SMB, enterprise, and MSP GTM, such as:\n- Pitch decks, talk tracks, and discovery questions\n- Competitive battlecards and competitor profiles\n- Objection handling guides and “when we win” plays\n- Use-case one-pagers and solution briefs\n- Demo guidance (narratives, videos, scripts, and proof points)\n- Partner with Sales leadership to deliver training and drive adoption.\n- Act as a strategic partner to sales, ensuring messaging, assets and positioning directly support sales conversations and deal progression.
  • 4) Win/Loss Analysis Program Ownership - Enhance our win/loss program (process, interview guides, workflows, reporting).\n- Conduct interviews, identify patterns, synthesize findings into insights, recommendations, and field-facing improvements.
