  • Win/Loss & Market Intelligence: run structured interviews and surface deal-data patterns to inform messaging and enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning — Define and maintain our value proposition across segments. Map messaging to the buyer journey. Own competitive positioning and objection handling for the field team.
  • Sales Enablement — Build the assets sales actually uses: one-pagers, battle cards, ROI calculators, objection guides, and customer case studies. Case studies are a top priority — we have happy customers and no stories yet. Add partner enablement materials as channel partners scale.
  • Win/Loss & Market Intelligence — Build and run a structured win/loss interview program across lost deals, closed-won, and churned customers. Synthesize findings into messaging and enablement improvements. Surface patterns from HubSpot deal data. This is a core function, not an afterthought.
  • Campaign & Channel Support — Partner with Growth on paid campaign positioning, ad copy, and landing page alignment. Own the email nurture library across buyer segments and funnel stages.
  • Go-to-Market — Lead positioning and asset development for new segment entries. Define ICP and targeting criteria by segment. Track what's working and iterate.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM — in B2B SaaS, IoT, proptech, real estate tech, or building/facilities technology
  • You can write. Subject lines, one-pagers, email sequences, case studies — show us the work
  • You've built sales enablement materials that reps actually used
  • You've owned a project end-to-end without a team under you
  • Portfolio required: include copy samples and assets you've built when you apply

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to owner/operators, property managers, or HOA management companies in multifamily, retail strip, or mobile home parks
  • Familiarity with water, energy, or sustainability verticals
  • HubSpot experience
  • Channel or partner marketing experience
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting basic performance data

Benefits

  • Base: $90K–$120K depending on experience
  • Bonus + Equity: Meaningful equity stake — you're joining early enough for it to matter
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • Hybrid: 3 days/week in our RiNo office; flexible otherwise
  • Minimum 3 weeks PTO
