Partnerships & Profitability: Manage vendors, monitor revenue/ASP, and forecast inventory to protect margins.

Job Description

Own the North America product strategy and drive cross-functional execution to grow Straumann's market position.

Roadmap & Launch: Translate customer feedback into product requirements; develop business cases; lead cross‑functional launch planning and tracking.
Partnerships & Profitability: Manage vendor relationships; monitor revenue, ASP, and inventory forecasts to ensure profitability.
Market Insights & Enablement: Conduct customer interviews and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and inform product messaging and sales tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in product management or brand management

Preferred

Medical devices / biosciences / dental industry experience
Strong product marketing skills, business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
Team player with strong leadership and mentoring skills
Strong sense of ownership
Customer-oriented mind-set
