Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Box’s life sciences industry narrative, positioning, and messaging tied to key workflows (R&D collaboration, clinical operations, regulatory submissions, quality management, commercialization) and compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Develop and execute integrated GTM strategies for life sciences, partnering with campaign, field, and partner marketing to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Create high-impact content for external channels (web, blogs, thought leadership, e-books, webinars, events) and for revenue teams (pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, outbound plays, call scripts).
  • Deliver ongoing enablement to sales and customer success on life sciences use cases, buyer personas (IT, R&D, Clinical Ops, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Security), competitive dynamics, and objection handling.
  • Partner with product and technical PMMs to align roadmap and messaging to life sciences needs, including GxP validation, audit readiness, data residency, e-signature, AI guardrails, and integrations.
  • Act as a thought leader and spokesperson join customer meetings, analyst briefings, conferences, and speaking opportunities to elevate Box’s presence in life sciences.
  • Collaborate with strategic accounts and partners to develop case studies, reference stories, and co-marketing that showcase measurable business outcomes.
  • Use AI-first workflows to analyze market signals, refine ICPs and personas, test messaging, and accelerate content creation and competitive research.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with significant experience in life sciences segments such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, or CROs.
  • Strong understanding of regulated content workflows and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP/Part 11/Annex 11, HIPAA, data privacy) and how they impact R&D, clinical, regulatory, and quality processes.
  • A dynamic storyteller with a point of view on the intersection of AI and life sciences, and proven experience developing industry messaging, GTM strategies, and enablement that win executive buy-in.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder sales, and the needs of life sciences IT and line-of-business buyers; able to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver executive-ready narratives and presentations; strong public speaking skills and comfort representing Box externally.
  • Proven cross-functional leader and player-coach who influences without authority and drives initiatives across product, sales, CS, and marketing.
  • AI-first mindset with a bias for action; comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and using AI tools to 10x research, insights, and content velocity.

  • Bonus Experience with adjacent ecosystems and with partners serving clinical, regulatory, or quality domains.
