Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product positioning for key product lines
  • Bring products to life through clear, compelling storytelling that resonates with consumers
  • Lead development of marketing briefs, product naming, and launch narratives
  • Create impactful sales enablement tools (training, decks, product storytelling)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment from concept to commercialization
  • Contribute to consumer insights, competitive analysis, and portfolio strategy
  • Help build and evolve how we take products to market

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or similar roles
  • Proven experience owning GTM strategy, positioning, and product launches
  • Strong ability to translate products into compelling consumer stories
  • Experience in consumer products (preferred: outdoor, athletic, or hardgoods brands)
  • A highly collaborative mindset — you work with teams, not around them
  • Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge and improve how things are done
  • Position is onsite with an occasional remote day depending on business need
  • Travel is required 5-10% of the time, including international

Preferred

  • Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, or performance brands
  • Background in hardgoods or textile products
  • A strong point of view — balanced with openness and adaptability
