Job Summary

Own cross functional product marketing from research to go to market with a clear lens on dealer and customer needs, enablement, and scalable launch playbooks.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Translate field feedback into channel enablement and measurable improvements in launches.
  • Sales Enablement & GTM: Define positioning, pricing, and sales playbooks to align channel and direct teams.
  • Campaigns & Content: Collaborate on collateral, content, and campaigns with Revenue Marketing for launches and ongoing programs.

Job Description

Own cross functional product marketing from research to go to market, focused on dealer and customer insights, enablement, and scalable launch playbooks.

  • Responsibilities: Conduct research to determine needs of Kyocera dealers and customers.
  • Responsibilities: Define product positioning and pricing based on experience and market research data.
  • Responsibilities: Guide sales teams for product positioning.
  • Responsibilities: Create go-to-market strategies and presentations for product launches and sales.
  • Responsibilities: Create and conduct training programs for Kyocera channel and direct sales teams.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate with cross functional marketing teams on collateral, content, newsletters, case studies.
  • Responsibilities: Work with Revenue Marketing on social media, email, content and campaigns.
  • Responsibilities: Communicate required features and roadmaps with developers and planning teams.
  • Responsibilities: Manage relationships with third party partners and vendors.
  • Responsibilities: Monitor marketing programs for efficiency and impact.
  • Responsibilities: Gather field voice and create action plans for Kyocera partners and customers.
  • Responsibilities: Participate in industry meetings, sales conferences and events.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in software product marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • Requirements: Experience working closely with an enterprise sales team.
  • Requirements: Highly organized with multiple large projects.
  • Requirements: Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.
  • Requirements: Excellent presentation skills for large groups.
  • Nice to have: Expertise in one or more ECM software solutions with 5 years of experience.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing ECM software solutions.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing cloud-based (SaaS) platforms and solutions.
