Job Summary

Own the product marketing lifecycle for Kyocera, from field research and positioning to GTM execution, sales enablement, and cross-functional storytelling.

  • Own market research, dealer/customer voice, and GTM planning to drive successful launches.
  • Coordinate campaigns, collateral, and trainings with cross-functional teams and the Revenue Marketing group.
  • Partner with product, sales, and vendors to communicate roadmaps and measure program impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, create surveys etc. to determine the needs and desires of Kyocera dealers and customers.
  • Define product positioning and pricing based on experience and market research data.
  • Guide sales teams for product positioning.
  • Create detailed go-to-market strategies and PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate the strategies and tactics to ensure successful product launches and sales.
  • Create and conduct professional training programs for Kyocera channel and direct sales companies that enhance their productivity and ability to sell our products.
  • Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams and other marketing teams on the development of marketing collaterals, website content, newsletters, case studies, etc.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Marketing Team to assist in developing effective and creative campaigns that involve social media, email marketing, content creation, and other activities.
  • Work with software developers and planning teams to communicate required new features, updates, and roadmaps.
  • Manage professional relationships with 3rd party partners and vendors.
  • Monitor product marketing programs regularly to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in software product marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategy
  • Experience working closely with an enterprise sales team
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple large, complex projects at the same time
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to large groups of people, both in person and via online meetings, webinars etc.

Preferred

  • Expertise in one or more printing software solutions with 5 years of experience
  • Experience managing document printing software solutions.
  • Experience managing cloud-based (SaaS) platforms and solutions.
