Own and scale go-to-market and growth for a product portfolio by shaping positioning, launches, and lifecycle programs that convert complex technology into clear customer value across segments.

  • Own go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, audience targeting, and growth priorities to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Lead integrated launches and lifecycle marketing, turning technical capabilities into differentiated customer value and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align on strategy and execution across market opportunities, feedback loops, and performance optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In the Product Marketing Manager position, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy and commercial growth for an assigned product portfolio and market segment.
  • You’ll develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption, growth, and customer value across innovative technology solutions.
  • This role blends strategy and execution to bring innovative, technology-enabled solutions to market and drive measurable business impact.
  • Develops and executes integrated launch and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Translates technical capabilities into differentiated customer value propositions and compelling market narratives.
  • Analyzes customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Creates tools, training, and enablement resources that improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and market expansion.
  • Lead marketing strategy for an assigned product portfolio and market segment, including positioning, messaging, audience targeting, growth priorities, and performance goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth strategies that support business expansion.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and commercialization priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, segment marketing, go-to-market strategy, business development, or related roles.
  • Experience marketing technology, digital, smart, connected, or innovation-driven products preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with experience developing commercialization strategies that drive customer adoption and business growth.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare, senior living, SaaS, IoT, or technology-enabled solution environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle marketing, and customer adoption strategies in evolving markets preferred.
