Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Competitive Enablement Content: Develop high-impact enablement content, including technical battlecards and positioning guides, that helps sellers focus on strategic value and product differentiation.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights: Monitor market movements and translate competitive news into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product management teams to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Field & Partner Training: Conduct regular competitive enablement sessions and live training for Partners and internal field teams of varying technical aptitudes.
  • Strategic Deal Support: Provide on-demand deal support and custom competitive guidance for successful renewals of strategic accounts and new business acquisition.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or an adjacent field.
  • Proven success in launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions.
  • Deep passion for competitive problem solving and familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape (e.g., Zero Trust, DLP, Endpoint Security and XDR).
  • Exceptional ability to up-level technical content into conversational and succinct positioning.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI productivity applications to automate CI research tasks, model competitive scenarios, and streamline cross-functional insight distribution.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Broadcom’s cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
