Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to positioning and messaging across Coast channels
  • Lead and support cross-functional product launches end-to-end with Product and Sales
  • Help build cross-sell and lifecycle journeys for products using insights and performance data
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with pitch frameworks, talk tracks, objection handling, and battlecards; collaborate with Revenue Operations to deploy
  • Create content to educate buyers and drive pipeline (decks, one-pagers, customer stories, product walkthroughs, webinars)
  • Drive adoption of Coast corporate card by coordinating up-sell and cross-sell campaigns across lifecycle marketing and enablement
  • Revamp upsell motion: define ideal path, lifecycle/in-product triggers, and campaigns
  • Execute high-quality product launches across key channels (email, website, sales enablement, in-product, lifecycle)
  • Refine positioning, messaging, and talk tracks in partnership with Sales; analyze discovery and proof points tied to deals
  • Translate messaging into updated sales decks, narratives, competitive intel, and enablement materials
  • Support activation rate and ramp time by identifying drop-offs and addressing them with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Build an understanding of core personas and buying committees
  • Contribute to a durable system to surface success stories and testimonials for new products
  • Develop expertise in spend management and buyer insights; contribute to product roadmap and go-to-market decisions

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in fintech
  • B2B SaaS or payments experience is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting or contributing to new product launches
  • Strong instincts for messaging and leveraging customer insights
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing (onboarding, expansion, retention)
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Strong storytelling and comfort with data; ability to turn complex features into simple value narratives

Preferred

  • Fintech or payments experience in B2B SaaS or payments (additional)
  • Experience with spend management domain
  • Experience contributing to product roadmap decisions and GTM planning
