Responsibilities

• ChargePoint is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge engineering and the market by translating complex EV charging products into clear, compelling technical narratives.
• This role will support networked charging hardware, energy management software, and fleet solutions.
• You will create high‑impact technical content, enable sales and partners with accurate positioning, and ensure technical materials stay current as products evolve.
• This role requires close collaboration with product management and solutions engineering, as well as external engagement through events and customer briefings.

Requirements

• Technical background in EV charging, including knowledge of OCPP, energy management, fleet electrification, or charging infrastructure
• Proven ability to independently create technical marketing content (e.g., white papers, solution briefs, diagrams, demos)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts
• Comfortable working hands‑on with products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, and analysis

Preferred

• Experience developing competitive technical comparisons based on product capabilities
• Familiarity with creating architecture diagrams and integration guides
• Experience supporting product launches with technical positioning and enablement materials
• Track record of maintaining and scaling technical content libraries
• Public speaking experience at industry events, webinars, or customer briefings
