Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Epigenetics and Developmental Biology portfolios.
  • Define and implement product marketing strategy aligned with objectives; support portfolio, launches, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging across Academia, BioPharma, CRO/CDMO audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with brand and corporate strategies; establish frameworks and metrics for product launches.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive adoption, protect market share, and expand into new markets.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of product content (web, collateral, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, blogs).
  • Collaborate with MarCom and Channel Owners to leverage multimedia, social media, and digital marketing to generate leads.
  • Localize campaigns with regional teams; integrate customer feedback (VoC) into strategies.
  • Partner with sales to develop and deliver training/resources to communicate product benefits; align marketing with sales to optimize leads and pipeline.
  • Lead regular training for sales and customer-facing teams; support distributors and e-commerce with targeted resources.

Requirements

  • PhD in related Life Science area (Genetics, Developmental Biology, Cancer Biology etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related role in the Life Science space
  • Experience managing a reagent product line with demonstrated success
  • Experience working with global sales channels and distributors

Preferred

  • Experience with Pragmatic or similar marketing frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
