Job Summary

Own the product launch and lifecycle for defined assortments, with cross-functional buy-in and clear go-to-market ownership across BU, sales, and product teams.

  • Growth/Launch: Lead cross-functional launches and lifecycle management for defined products and assortments.
  • Cross-Function Alignment: Socialize concepts with sales, socialize feedback, and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Market/Portfolio Fit: Develop trade and customer sell-through strategies, monitor regional performance, and translate shopper insights into product improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market launches and ongoing lifecycle management for defined product assortments.
  • Coordinate with BU, sales, and PO to socialize concepts, collect feedback, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop trade and customer sell-through strategies with field and customer sales, track success against defined metrics.
  • Align promotional strategy with Sales Steering and monitor lifecycle product improvement opportunities related to claims, brand campaigns, POSM, and sales messaging.
  • Lead PDP process collaboration to ensure timely sales communication and socialization of product concepts/features with discretion.
  • Monitor product performance at regional level across US and Canada, including channel management for assortment and pricing.
  • Identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development and regional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights Manager to capture voice of shopper and translate into portfolio feature requests.
  • Prepare and present the product line to dealers via meetings or trade shows.
  • Craft and present the product launch story for sales and customers with clear positioning and messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - Marketing/Business - Required
  • 5-7 Years experience - Category management, product management, product marketing, Sales and promotional budget steering Required
  • Travel required based on business needs; domestic and international

Preferred

  • Master’s degree - Marketing/Business - Preferred
  • Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is a plus, experience in marketing or sales required
  • Travel Percentage – 30%
