Own the Americas promotion of the Basics product line, drive new business opportunities, and align Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to increase sales and profitability.

Growth & Opportunity Ownership: Own new business opportunities in America, coordinate with Sales/BD/Engineering to win and grow the product line.
Market & Campaign Execution: Identify leads and target accounts, propose solutions with business proposals, assist campaigns, and advocate the BU within the sales organization.
Stakeholder Alignment & Revenue Planning: Develop plans, guide engineering/marketing on market trends, and assist product-line managers with lifecycle planning and promotion insights.
